Working closely with the product team for technical feasibility of the new project and creation of roadmaps for deliveries. Being the direct leader of these developers, where fortnightly 1:1 meeting agendas were created to align expectations and points for improvements for merits and promotions. Direct report to senior management with previously defined metrics and creation of new goals.

Responsible for the organization of the iOS team in general, recurring 1:1 feedback with vertical members, and engagement. Alignment between product, design, and technology teams for the technical viability of new features within the application. Development of the deployment treadmill and creation of the release train process within the squads and technical mentor of Juniors, Plenos and Seniors developers.

Working with clients in the financial and telecommunication area. With the mission of helping customers always find the best solution for the development of new features and negotiating delivery deadlines. Responsible for multidisciplinary teams running Scrum with Kanban. Internally responsible for mentoring iOS interns, helping with professional development in both technical and soft skills. Responsible for creating the iOS training program, where we provide full support and training for those starting in the IT area.
